It’s no secret that Jil Sander is one of my favorite designers. Now that I look back on the +J collections that were designed for Uniqlo, I ask myself “Why didn’t I buy more pieces from those collections?” The cuts were perfectly fit, the fabrics were for the most part, of good quality and the colors were almost always neutral. Well I had my chance to buy a few more pieces of the collection yesterday. Uniqlo brought back the best-selling items from the six seasons of the +J collaboration. I loaded up on white shirts, at only $50 each and picked up a pair of navy wool blend trousers for $60. These pieces together epitomize “uniform dressing” and I couldn’t be happier going into the cooler months with these amazing staples. Read more about what was at the Soho store in my Racked report.
