What better way to start off the week than with some major interior inspiration from Azzedine Alaïa himself. The fashion designer rents out three 1,100 square foot apartments located next to his Paris atelier in the Marais. Converted from a loft in a 17th century building and furnished with the finest pieces from his private collection. Jean Nouvel, Arne Jacobsen, Marc Newsom, Pierre Paulin and Charlotte Perriand pieces transform the apartments into inspirational abodes. Each space has its own kitchen but breakfast is served from Alaïa’s personal kitchen each morning. The neutral color palette and minimal design of each piece of furniture and accessory has me longing for a Paris getaway.
