So Australia is burning and Indonesia is flooding, and if you haven’t made a New Year’s resolution to do your part to help the earth this year, then maybe you should. Whether you’ve vowed to reduce the amount of plastic you use, invest in more sustainable brands and less fast fashion, make the transition to clean beauty, buy in bulk and/or package free or just ride your bike to work more often, every little bit helps. In the meantime, I’ve rounded up some of my top shops to help you keep your new year’s resolutions in 2020.

CLEAN NAIL POLISH

J. Hannah has, by far, the best range of clean nail colors on the market at the moment. Free from the 7 potentially harmful ingredients found in most traditional polishes, cruelty-free and made in the US. all of her colors act as neutrals, for those of us who err on the side of less is more when it comes to color. BUY IN BULK

Buying herbs, spices and dried goods in bulk helps reduce wasteful packaging, but also gives you a better deal. Obviously buying in person at a store is better than buying online but here are some of my online bulk food resources if I can’t get to the store.

REUSABLE KITCHEN STORAGE

Switching up one-use plastics for for glass jars, silicone bags and glass bottles in the kitchen can significantly reduce waste. Here are some of my favorite items for storing leftovers, bulk foods, spices and homemade teas.
