Due to the unique nature of the DE SMET process, each made-to-order garment will be delivered 3-5 weeks after placing your order. If you require your DE SMET style to be delivered sooner, please contact customercare@desmet-nyc.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
SHIPPING
Domestic shipping: DE SMET offers free shipping through USPS priority mail for all domestic orders. Orders will be shipped 3-5 weeks after placement. Customers will receive their orders 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) after they have shipped. Please note, this delivery timeframe only applies to addresses within the contiguous United States and Canada.
International Shipping: For international customers, please use HopShopGo to place all orders. DE SMET is only able to offer shipping within the US and Canada at the moment, but we plan on implementing an international shipment process soon. RETURNS
DE SMET will accept returns on garments which have not been worn, washed or damaged within 14 days of delivery. DE SMET is not responsible for return shipping costs. All sales are final after 14 days of delivery. Returned items may be exchanged for store credit only. The credit received for these items will never expire. We hold the right to deny store credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements, including custom alterations. All sale items are final sale.
